# NFT Staking

## How to stake?

1. Go to STAKING page -> <https://launchmynft.io/profile/4TKXvZjEsBhz6o267Dwid3BQFw93pf26TPPcbEBMGSrG>
2. **Connect with your Phantom wallet**

3. **Select NFTs you would like to STAKE**

3. **Click: ' Stake ' button**

5. **Approve the transaction.**

5. **DONE - Now you've staked your NFTs!**

## Utilities:

* The higher amount of **Only Wolves NFTs** you stake - higher the amount of [$OW Tokens](/whitepaper/only-wolves/usdow-token.md) you get!
* **Rewards Rate:** 10 $OW Tokens / Day

## Rules:

* **Unstaking:** Number of seconds to "cool down" once you unstake - **432000 Seconds (31 Days)**
* **Reward Duration:** Duration in seconds to stake a single natural amount of token to receive the reward amount - **86400 Seconds (1 Day)**
* **Pool End Date:** 02.02.2024
* **Stake Pool Amount:** 2.847.990 $OW Tokens
* **Platform staking FEE for each NFT:** 0.0106 $SOL
